“Flags Only” Funeral Mission

  The family of Floyd Tullar has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor Floyd with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to our great Nation.  Floyd served in the United States Army in Germany until earning his Honorable Discharge in 1966.  He later served as a Police Officer with the city of Sioux Falls, retiring as a Captain after 27 years of service.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls. Visitation with family present to greet friends will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service also at the funeral home.
