“Flags Only”/Memorial Mission

The family of Dick “Slim” Houser has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to honor Dick with a flag line showing our appreciation and respect for his service to our great Nation. Dick spent his career in the South Dakota Army National Guard in Health Services. Retiring at the rank of Command Chief Warrant Officer (CW5) with over 38-years of service. He was proud of his service to our country and the brave men and women he served alongside.
A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 29, 2022 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Sioux Falls with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM. Burial at 11:00 AM at the SD Veterans Cemetery.
