Funeral Mission
June 11 & 12, 2019

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Leonard L. Reiter to show our appreciation and respect to Leonard with a flag line in honor of his service to his and our great Nation.  Leonard entered the U.S. Army on January 23, 1952 in Sioux Falls, SD. He served during the Korean War and was honorably discharged on January 12, 1954 at Fort Sheridan, Il.

The funeral service will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, June 12 at Hope Lutheran Church, Sioux Falls, with burial at Hills of Rest Cemetery. Visitation begins at 5:00 PM Tuesday, June 11 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls, where the family will greet friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  Flags for the visitation on Tuesday, June 11th will be placed by 4:00 PM, prior to the arrival of the family at the funeral Home.

   Stage: 9:00 AM, Wednesday, June 12th, 2019 at Hope Lutheran Church, 1700 S. Cliff Ave., Sioux Falls, SD.  Burial with Military Honors will be at Hills of Rest Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.

Flags will be provided for all elements of the mission.
